Bobby Flay, world class numbnuts

Photobucket

For those unfamiliar with Throwdown With Bobby Flay, it's a show on The Food Network.

The premise of this show is as follows: Bobby Flay (world renown chef) goes out and surprises, then challenge, amateur (and usually local legend) cooks to a cookout on the thing they cook best.

You can also interpret it this way: millionaire and well-established Bobby Flay goes to Anytown, USA's local culinary hero and says to his face, "Whatever you can cook, I can cook better." Of course, the show is presented in a way where the "challengee" greets him with a smile and humble humor.

But the balls on this motherfucker! Other than their combined family income of $35k a year, these midwesterners' age-old family recipes (and their correlating fame) are all they got. These guys' food is so good that The Food Network caught wind of it and is sending in their mascot Asshole to basically say, "My specialty is not in meat pie, but if I had to whip something up, I bet that mine would taste better than your meat pie, which, by the way, IS ALL YOU GOT IN LIFE."

Also, watch Star Trek. It was good from beginning to end!
