Time has a really good piece on the status of the swine flu and a good slideshow on what it looks like at ground zero of this whole thing (Mexico City). Take some time to read it as it sounds like a super duper political/worldwide economic thing and less about deaths from a poor country (us included).
But what really got me was that picture above of a soldier in Mexico City handing out masks. He's handing out masks in a torn latex glove with what seems to be dried blood on it. Nasty, dude.
