That means Nike Sportswear Spring/Summer 2009. NSW's been evolving into a very exclusive and original brand in the last several seasons. They started off doing neon/bright colored "NIKE" t-shirts and shoes meant for the street game and not the sports game. They figured so many kids wear their limited stuff as streetwear- may as well make a brand that does just that.
It took them about 2-3 years, but they're heading in the right direction. It's a lot more European streetwear (along with the price point) now. It's a lot less "hypebeast".
