Come on, dog. When he was running for president, opponents warned of his inexperience. He's just adding fuel to the fire with comments like "I screwed up". I mean, seriously? Doesn't he have a PR team to tell him not to say things like "Catastrophe is near"?
We know he's for the middle-class, we know he's an "everyday man's" president. Times are at its worst. But don't say you screwed up, dude.
In case you are a bit confused about what's going on with this whole Tom Daschle thing:
We all know the healthcare fiasco in America has fallen. Bush didn't care- which made it such a big deal in the elections. I like to think that one of the reasons Obama was elected was because of his plans for health care. The Dept. of Health and Human Services would be led by the Health Secretary. Obama nominated Tom Daschle for this.
However, Daschle has been heavily criticized for not reporting free limo services (among other things) and owes $146k in taxes. Because of this, he resigned from his nomination.
The Obama team should have looked into this before the nomination and cleaned it up- no excuses (other than the fact that Obama is totally inexperienced). In sports, this is called an "unforced turnover". Completely could have been prevented.
Now, you and me are fucked. Daschle was supposedly the architect of the super successful, ultimately complicated healthcare plan. Now, there's no one even in sight to lead this thing.
For now, you just gotta add water, shake it up, MO' TUSSIN!
