Ryan Leslie finds his way into this blog pretty often. But the guy is good. Seriously good. Nothing too special in this video, so I won't be heartbroken if you don't watch it.

It shows a couple of people in a studio making what I'm sure will become a hit record. Now, I've never been a part of a recording, but from what I've seen (stuff on Youtube, Ray, and Cadillac Records), it takes three things to make a hit: 1- the talent (Ryan Leslie), 2- a human music encyclopedia (usually a balding white guy), and 3- someone named Slim (in this case, the fat guy in the booth).
