Scariest, then saddest Youtube clip of a robot

Boston Dynamics, with funding from the U.S. Defense Department, has created BigDog: the alpha male of the Boston Dynamics family of robots. It is a quadruped robot that walks, runs, and climbs on rough terrain and carries heavy loads.

When I first saw it, I thought it was two men supporting the body. It's not. Feel free to just spot-forward on the video. It does some AMAZING things. In it, a guy kicks it over, and I felt really bad for it, though it's metal and wires. At about 1:40, it slips and falls, and I feel geniunely bad. It's been an emotional roller coaster for the last 3:30. Seriously.
