Chances are you’ve seen this high school a few times in your life, but you have never cared to think about it twice. I know I haven’t.
Torrance High School is not particularly strong in academics, sports, or any other extra curricular activity. That’s from their Wikipedia page. However, the campus has been around since 1917. It’s always sunny, and it’s beautiful. See the picture of the Senior patio. Gabrielle Carteris literally made her living there.
She’s All That (Freddie Prinze- and yes, that’s really how you spellz it), Buffy (Sarah Michelle Gellar and dude from Bones version), 90210 (past and current), and Bring It On was all filmed here. During classes, I might add. Just imagine the lack of concentration and gossip that goes on at this school. I’m sure it’s pretty similar to what you see on 90210 now, sans the beautiful people. Keep in mind this is shot in Torrance, and that the real Beverly Hills High School was deemed “too ghetto” for the WB. Take that!
