I know, I'm late...
The Fall.
Did you know that it took Tarsem 6 months to make The Cell (which was beautifully intolerable, thanks to a dude that likes to hang himself with hooks on his skin)? Well, this was his "project"- The Fall. It took him 11 years to produce (granted, he claims, he did not want to shoot the film until he found the perfect little girl to play the main roll).
The story follows a hospitalized girl who is told a fairy tale that is voiced over by the man telling her the story. The movie plays out the fairy tale as told to the little girl. It looks great, man.
