I'd imagine any Defense Dept. to invent/get their hands on this technology before an artist invents it- but hey, I just want to buy it. It's paper that emits light- enough of it that it can substitute for lamps in your room. The designer, Jonas Samson, probably won't share the technology behind it when he unveils it in Milan this week.
